Eve the Mother of All Living

“And Adam called his wife’s name Eve, because she was the mother of all living.” (Genesis 3:20 NKJV)

Whom are you going to believe? The Evolutionist who says our mother is Mrs. Primordial Slime or God who says our mother is Eve. I think it is more logical to believe God.

Yes, I said more logical. Believing that we evolved from some slime is like believing if I drop 100 trees out of an airplane from 30,000 ft. that they will form a three-bedroom house when they hit the ground. I love my unbelieving friends, but that is just ridiculous.

How can intelligent, well-meaning people believe such nonsense? The answer is, contrary to the rhetoric, evolutionism is a religion. It is the religion of the atheist.

Sure, evolutionists claim evolution is scientific and not a religion. However, science has nothing to do with evolution. The scientific method involves constructing a hypothesis and testing the hypothesis by doing an experiment. Since the only way to test evolution would be time-travel, it is safe to say it cannot be proven scientifically.

Amazingly though, one of the foundations of evolution has been clearly proven as questionable by the events surrounding Mt. Saint Helens. Long periods are crucial to the evolutionist’s model. At Mt. Saint Helens, several things occurred that evolutionists have been touting as evidence for an earth billions of years old. Those events happened at Mt. Saint Helens in just a few years.

Strata, canyons, log deposits all happened like a mini Grand Canyon at Mt. Saint Helens in the short time since the eruption in 1980. If you would like to get a video by geologist Steve Austin, Ph.D. on the subject it is available at the following link.

Now, what do we do with this knowledge? I think it is important to understand that the minds of the unbelieving are blinded (2Cor.4.4). Because this is a spiritual and not intellectual battle, we must pray.

Seek opportunities to reveal truth to your lost friends, but never forget you will never reason them into the kingdom. They must respond in faith.
