About Us

Word for the Day Ministries, Inc. was formed to encourage believers to live holy lives. The devotions and other articles are written and edited from a conservative perspective with an emphasis on being doers of the Word and not hearers only.

We live in a society which has lost its way. Unfortunately the church has followed in many cases. More than ever we need to hold each other accountable. It is clear from reading the Scriptures that our goal will only be accomplished through the ministry of the Word. “. . . Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God (Rom. 10:17).
